Jen Watson, Owner:       

A Yarra Ranges resident , and with almost 40 years in the travel industry,  Jen brings a wealth of travel industry experience to Nexus Travel.  Whilst not in the agency on a day to day basis, Jen’s expertise lies primarily in managing travel for large corporate businesses, but she keeps the business rolling behind the scenes.  Jen is a passionate volunteer (she is currently acting as Treasurer for MDCEL the Monbulk Community Bank (Bendigo Bank), volunteering in the disability sector and travelling to build homes and latrines in villages in Cambodia and Vietnam.

Favourite Destination: Cinque Terre (Italian Riviera)  a quintessential Italian experience - culture, food & wine, history, architecture and amazing scenery  (and NO cars) all in one location, what more could you want.

A local Monbulk resident, Deb started her career in the Travel Industry in 1990 and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of travel, having travelled extensively in this time, she can share first hand experiences when planning that holiday of a lifetime for clients.  Deb believes in the old fashioned approach where your clients are also your friends and enjoys getting to know all of her clients, always taking the time to listen to the needs of the traveller and going that extra mile to make travel dreams become reality.  Deb’s passion for travel and desire to create that dream holiday earnt her helloworld Diamond recognition in 2015.

Having grown up in the Dandenong’s, Lauren joined Nexus Travel & Cruise in 2011 after completing a Certificate IV in Travel & Tourism, a very quick learner it wasn’t long before Lauren was sending clients all over the World creating amazing travel memories for happy travellers.  Lauren travels whenever she can, having already travelled extensively through South East Asia, South America & East Africa and Pacific Islands.  Lauren has a can do attitude and welcomes everyone through the door with a smile ready to share her passion of travel.
